Capital with heads of rams and tendrils

This capital is defined by horned animal heads on the corners and leaf and wicker work with tendrils, a format that is very similar to the design of capital N9B10.

While the tendrils in the capital on the north flank of the cloister grow out of the ears of the apelike heads, the heads portrayed in this capital are of rams, in whose mouths the tendrils flow. The primary difference, however, lies in the fact that capital S2B25 is provided with an encircling inscription on the narrow abacus, which praises the beauty of the cloister and the capital sculpture in it.
On the straight side of the capital facing the south wing of the cloister, the text reads, from left to right:
MARMORIBUS VARIIS HEC (south side) / EST DISTINCTA DECENTER (east side) / FABRICA NEC MINUS EST DISPO (north side) / SITA CONVENIENTER (west side).
(This building is characterized not only by its varied marble sculpture, but also by its adequately artistic organization.)
